Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy Yessh, who was born on 17 October 1992 in India is an actress in film. Keerthy has mainly appeared in Tamil and Telugu film, as well as some appearances in Malayalam. The actress was honoured with the National Film Award as Best Actress in the year 2018 in the role of actress Savitri and her role in the Telugu film Mahanati. She also won a Filmfare Award South and three SIIMA Awards. Keerthy has the father of filmmaker G. Suresh Kumar and actor Menaka G. Suresh. She started her career as a child actor during the 2000s, and later was back in films following her studies of fashion design. She starred in her debut major role in Geethaanjali (2013), a Malayalam motion picture. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). In the year 2015, Keerthy accepted her first film projects that were not in Malayalam and signed up to be a part of several Tamil films simultaneously. While the film did not do well in the theaters, her debut film was A. L. Vijay's romantic-comedy Idhu Enna Maayam (2005), which she starred in alongside Vikramprabhu. The actress had to pull out of several films she had been making in 2015 such as Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye and Deekay's Kavalai Vedam to make room for bigger projects. She worked in two films quickly, along with Sivakarthikeyan, Rajini Murugan & Remo. Dhanush was also an actor of note on Prabhu's Thodari. The movie's release was pushed back in the year 2015, and will now be after September 2020. It'll have an alternative title Janakitho Nauu. The film's debut came out as Nenu Sailaja in 2016, featuring actor Ram Pothineni. In January, Keerthy appeared in Bairavaa with actor Vijay and directed by Bharathan.
